CANCELLATION POLICY
At RoCo we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with a 48 hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation Fees are as follows: Less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 30% Failure to abide by our policy, may result in individual to pay in-full for desired services at time of booking. These payments will be non-refundable but may be utilized for future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
